Price Match Policy

Competitor Verification

• The competitor’s price must be verifiable through a published advertisement, online listing, or written quote from a brick-and-mortar storefront within the Houston Metro Area.
• Prices from garage sales, private sellers, or warehouse operations are not eligible.
• The competitor must have the item in stock at the time of the price match.
• A false print from the competitor’s marketing department will not be honored if a mistake or error is identified.

Eligible Items

• Price match applies only to identical products (same brand, model, and specifications).
• Clearance, closeout, or liquidation items are excluded from the price match policy.

Exclusions

• Price matching is not available for promotional bundles, financing offers, or combined discounts.
• Price match does not apply to delivery or setup fees charged by competitors.

Eligible Payment Methods

• Price match applies only to cash or debit purchases.
• Credit card payments are excluded to avoid processing fee losses.
• Financing programs are excluded to avoid agreements with finance companies.

Price Match Delivery Time Policy

Delivery Time Frame

• Products purchased through the price match policy will require 7 to 10 business days for arrival if the product shows full availability from the central warehouse at the time of purchase.
• In the event of a human error at the warehouse, the delivery timeframe may extend up to 6 weeks.

Customer Acknowledgment

• Customers must agree to the extended delivery time during the purchase process.
• Expedited shipping options for price-matched products are not available unless explicitly approved by front desk management.

Exceptions

• If the product is already in stock at your store, standard delivery times apply.
• If the competitor’s item is unavailable, the price match will not apply.

Final Sale Terms

• All price match purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
• Exchanges are only permitted for products that are defective upon delivery.
• Defective items must be reported at the time of pick-up or delivery or within 48 hours of receipt with proof (photos or videos).

Price Match Policy for Bedroom Sets

Complete Bedroom Set Requirements

• Bedroom sets are sold as a 7-piece package and are not broken up.
• To qualify for a price match, the competitor’s offer must include all 7 pieces:
  • Bed (headboard, footboard, and rails) – 3 pieces.
  • Dresser – 1 piece.
  • Mirror – 1 piece.
  • Nightstand – 1 piece.
  • Chest – 1 piece.
• If the competitor’s sales offer does not include the chest, the customer must provide a written quote that includes the chest as part of the set for the price match to apply.

Competitor Verification

• The competitor’s pricing must be verifiable through a published ad, online listing, or a written quote that includes all 7 pieces.
• If the chest is excluded from the competitor’s offer, a written quote for the chest must be provided to qualify for the price match.

• 11 to 15 miles: $150
• 16 to 20 miles: $175

Drop-Off Delivery Only
The quoted rate includes delivery to the ground or second floor only. It does not include assembly or removal of packaging materials.

Additional Charges:

• 3rd Floor & Above (Including High-Rises): Additional $25 charge
• Furniture Assembly & Box Removal: Available upon request. Please call the store for rates.
